The programme requires one of the following:

  • 2:2 honours degree or above in a relevant subject
  • A recognised postgraduate or professional qualification

  • Analyses financial risk strategies for investment and portfolio management.
  • Undertakes real-world learning to gain immediate value for current or potential employers.

Learning Methods and Mode of Delivery

This programme starts by helping learners develop a strong understanding of wealth management and the practical skills relating to in- vestment management and finance practices globally. They will be taught by staff who have industry experience and/or are active re- searchers. Through a combination of face to face teaching methods learners will develop in-depth knowledge and a range of skills. Learners will implement theories and techniques, problem-solving activities, research and teamwork - taking an active approach to learning and self-development.

Modules

The masters is achieved by completing FOUR 30 credit modules and the final research or consultancy project, which is a triple module worth 60 credits, during which learners will undertake an in-depth independent study or consultancy project.
