We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of all those we engage with in the delivery of our mandate. The Data Protection Act which governs the way we process personal data, requires that we be transparent and fair in processing personal data. Personal data is any information relating to an identifiable living individual, and a person can be identified directly or indirectly through their data. To achieve transparency, the College has developed a number of privacy notices for information sharing purposes.
