BAC would like to congratulate its researchers who participated in the 1st International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (ICSH, 2014) and who have published their work in the internationally accredited journal of the European Institute. The conference was hosted by BAC in partnership with European Scientific Institute and University of Portugal

His contribution in the ICSH was on the topic “Tourism development as an economic diversification strategy in the wake of high prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa”, which was well received.

Dr Brown’s area of research is Informal Sector Business development, Employee change and engagement, and he is an expert in Business Leadership and Management. His contribution in the ICSH was on the topic “Manifestations of service culture among street vendors in Botswana”, which was well received.

Dr Gande’s area of research is Corporate Governance, Strategy and Privatisation; Leadership and Accounting. He is an expert in Accountancy, Management and Leadership.
