In the quest to enhance graduate employability and equip students with the necessary tools for the place of work, Botswana Accountancy College (BAC) has launched an out-of-the-classroom leadership development program for its final year students.
The six-week program, called ‘LEAD 360’, comprises of workshops which are geared towards preparing students for the high demands of industry. The objective of the program is to develop non-cognitive and workplace skills. It aims to develop self-awareness, independent thinking and self-motivation in our graduating class. Industry practitioners shall be engaged to facilitate the workshops with practical activities for students to do during the workshop. BAC alumni shall also be given slots to share their experience and industry tips to the graduating class.
The LEAD 360 program shall be held in both Gaborone and Francistown campuses and will cover the following programmes;
